You are requested to update your email ID, phone number, and current affiliation by sending an email tooffice@iphaonline.org , copy to iphahq@gmail.com .
You are requested to mail from your registered mail id. If mail id is not registered, send all details from your personal mail along with photo ID as proof.
Please note that the email address from which we receive your message will be recorded as your primary email ID for all future communications and election-related purposes.
We also request you to kindly encourage other IPHA members, especially those who may not have updated their email IDs and Phone number for a long time and may therefore not be receiving communications, to send their updated contact details to us by email as soon as possible.
Members are advised to attach a valid government-approved ID proof for self-verification.
All corrections regarding email ID and phone number should be submitted on or before 23rd December, 2025 (11.59PM).
