NOTICE FOR 64th ANNUAL CENTRAL COUNCIL MEETING
The 64th Annual Central Council Meeting of IPHA will be held on 28th February, 2020 at the venue of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (A.I.I.M.S.), New Delhi from 5.00 p.m. onwards. You are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting.
The Agenda of the meeting are as follows.
Agenda 1. Election of the chairperson of the meeting (if necessary).
Agenda 2. A confirmation of the minutes of previous Annual Central Council meeting.
Agenda 3. Presentation of Annual Report 2019 (including reports of branches and functional sub-committees).
Agenda 4. IJPH related issues
Agenda 5. Presentation and review of the audited statement of Accounts.
Agenda 6. Consideration of budget estimate for the period April – March 2020-21
Agenda 7. Discussion on Indian Academy of Public Health (IAPH)
Agenda 8. Report of IPHA Constitution Amendment Committee.
Agenda 9. Resolution brought forward by the individual members of the Association.
Agenda 10. Proposals for Felicitations, Fellowships, Orations, Awards and prizes.
Agenda 11. Proposal for appointment of Auditors.
Agenda 12. Discussion regarding the next Annual National Conference.
Agenda 13. Amendments of rules and regulations, if any.
Agenda 14. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
